Sales Development Representative:

You’ll be working closely with our sales team to drive huge impact in a fun and exciting company with significant growth potential.  We have acquired our main competitor and are number one in our market. With tens of thousands of prospects you will have a tremendous opportunity to be successful and contribute to our growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying qualified outbound sales opportunities via the phone and scheduling software demos for a Magnus Account Executive. You will take pride in being a prospect’s first impression of Magnus Health.



  • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospects to identify initial business.
  • Know our software inside out and be able to answer questions from sales prospects.
  • Manage a high volume of leads in Salesforce accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales team members to be able to effectively schedule demos with a high rate of conversion.
  • Develop a relationship with prospects.
  • Work closely with sales management and marketing to ensure business development goals are exceeded


Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of Inside Sales (cold calling) experience – SaaS sales preferred
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious, self-starter, and always interested in learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving skills – especially over the phone.
  • Naturally proficient at time management and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online webinars, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Works well on a small team and across departments in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce - preferred
